The Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce was founded in 1913. The documents in this collection cover 1900-48. A relatively large collection, the holdings are predominantly records of mining and water conservancy. Mining records include licenses and geological surveys; water conservancy records include documents on Huai River conservancy and provincial-level projects.
