National Water Conservancy Bureau

The National Water Conservancy Bureau was established in 1913. The bureau’s records cover 1913-27. Thirty-three folders in all, the collection includes documents on provincial water conservancy councils, the Ocean and River Charting Bureau, the American Engineering Technical Group, the Huai River Project, and the Water Irrigation Construction and Maintenance Plan.
